How do I track my order?

To track your delivery, simply enter the tracking number from your dispatch email or SMS in the box below and click track.

Please note there can be a delay in our couriers' tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you've received an email saying your order's been sent, but it's not showing up on their system, don't panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.

Where do we ship?


We ship anywhere in the world (almost).  We use a number of carriers depending on which country.  If there is a problem shipping to your location, we will let you know at the checkout. 

What are the shipping costs?

For all orders over $300, shipping is completely free.  Express 3-day shipping for orders $299 and less costs a flat $25. Please note if an items if purchased on sale, orders can be delayed as up to 5-7 days.

How fast is delivery?

Your order will be dispatched the same day if received by 12pm (US EST) - excluding major US public holidays.

Depending on your location, sometimes your parcel can arrive sooner than 3 days, however sometimes it can take up to 5 days.

Do I have to sign for my order? 

We know you are busy and often are not able to be present at the time of a courier delivery.  To help deliver your purchase as quickly and as efficiently as possible, we allow DHL to deliver without your package needing to be signed for.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes?

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product prices. Sales tax is calculated according to your shipping location and will be shown once your country is selected at checkout.  

Returns & Exchanges are completely free.

We want you to adore every one of your Banjo & Matilda pieces.  So feel free to select as many styles and or sizes you like, and we will help you return anything which isn’t perfect.  

Return & Exchange of Sale items

All Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We rarely go on sale, but when we do, you will find some incredible Banjo & Matilda pieces at heavily discounted prices so we can make way for new styles. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
