Returns/Exchange Policy

Our Guarantee

Banjo & Matilda strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style (subject to our Return Conditions*). Email us your questions at sales@banjoandmatilda.com and we will reply promptly.

Returns by Mail

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned in the original box to ensure that there is no damage to the garments in transit. Place in box and mail to:

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Return/Exchange Conditions*

All returned items must be sent back with swing tags attached, and with no signs of wear or damage. If we feel that the garment has been worn or damaged we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to the customer.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be credited back to the card on which the transaction was made. We will process this transactions once goods are received by Banjo & Matilda (postal address above) and we are satisfied that the garment/s are in acceptable condition as stated in the Return/Exchange conditions. Please note that refund transactions may take up to 2-weeks to appear on your credit card.

Late Returns

Items should be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Banjo & Matilda and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
