Coordinating between production & design departments. Working closely with the senior design team assisting with the management of the critical path, creation of technical packs, production of samples, fittings, measurement of samples, management of production resources and logistics. A general hand who is detail oriented, and can act as the liaison between production and design.

Oversee wholesale and e-commerce logistics. Management of inventory. Inventory analysis and optimisation. Working closely with sales, production, and finance. Managing key external relationships with 3PL, DC’s, shippers, customs. Liaising with customers to ensure product is delivered. Efficiency, cost and delivery time optimisation.

Oversee the company’s finances, operations. Fashion industry finance and operational management essential. Strategic level contribution — reporting to the Board. Optimise supply chain, margins, costs, revenue. Finance, logistics, inventory, IT. Liaise with investors / shareholders, finance providers, prepare board packs, quarterly reports/accounts, work with auditors.

Oversee operational finances. Management reporting, accounting, preparation of LC’s, day to day coordination with trade finance providers, managing accounts, cash flow management / AP/AR, budgeting/forecasting.

Special projects manager to launch Banjo & Matilda Pop Up stores. Open and manage pop up stores in the US. Eventually strategic fixed retail locations.
